Welcome to Mx. Clothing LLC. Mx. Clothing LLC asks that you abide by the terms and conditions as set out below, along with other terms and conditions that may appear on the site from time-to-time. By accessing, browsing, or shopping on this website, you agree to all the terms and conditions in this agreement. Please read them carefully.

 

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the Service or on any related website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. No specified update or refresh date applied in the Service or on any related website, should be taken to indicate that all information in the Service or on any related website has been modified or updated.

 

LIABILITY LIMITATIONS:

Mx. Clothing is not responsible for any liability, loss, personal injury, damage or expense that the customer may suffer after the transaction.

 

ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.

These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

 

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

All items are packaged separately to insure they arrive in good order. Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your shipment (excludes weekends and holidays). A tracking number will be sent to you once your order is shipped. Mx. Clothing LLC is not responsible for any delays due to carrier constraints. 

 

WHAT SHIPPING OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER?

USPS Standard small packages take 5 to 7 business days. 

 

WILL I BE RESPONSIBLE FOR EXTRA SHIPPING FEES?

Depending on your country, you may own duties, taxes or import fees in addition to our shipping rates.

 

INTERNATIONAL:

All customs and duty fees are the customer's responsibility to pay. Please contact your local customs office if you have any questions regarding the duty fee for your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable, which includes returns, unclaimed or refused packages and/or failure to pay duty fees upon delivery.

 

Mx. Clothing LLC is unable to return packages if the following reasons occur:

- Refused package

- Unclaimed package

- Failure to pay duty fees

MISSING, LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Shipments that have arrived at a processing facility (USPS) and/or shipments that have been marked delivered and are missing, lost, or stolen are the sole responsibility of USPS. Mx. DOMESTIC RETURN POLICY

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please email us at mxclothingllc@gmail.com with your exchange request so one of our customer service representatives can assist you with the process. Mx. Clothing LLC is not responsible for the shipping costs required to send the original purchase back to our company.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Merchandise that is discounted on sale 30% off or greater, and/or marked “final sale" is not eligible for exchange. No exceptions. 

FAULTY ITEMS

We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. If you have received an item with a defect please immediately contact us at mxclothingllc@gmail.com and email us a brief description and a photo or two showing the defect/fault.

Items are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 30 days of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of misuse are not considered to be faulty.
